When will my order be processed?

All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Why is my product made to order?

We create each item especially for you to reduce waste and ensure high-quality production. This also means every piece is freshly made, not stored in bulk.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but it takes 2-8 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at the moment we only operate in the US.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. The products have to be sent back to the address, where they were shipped from (with its original package). The shipping cost is paid by the customer.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 3 days with photos, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or refund.

Are your products good for gifts?
