At BLUEROQS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Because our products are made to order, returns are accepted only for eligible items as outlined below.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, worn, or damaged items (not caused by us)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items returned without prior contact

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover replacement costs

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly due to our production workflow.
We can only guarantee changes or cancellations if requested within a short time after purchase.
